All of United Citizens Bank's Checking Accounts can be opened with a
minimum balance of $100.00. ATM/Visa Debit Cards are free, subject to
approval. You will receive a binder for your imaged statements and a 50
pack of checks FREE when you open your checking account! We want YOU,
our valued customer, to have a choice when choosing your checking
account. This is YOUR bank, please feel free to make suggestions, or ask
our friendly staff any questions you may have about our products.

- Free membership checks
- Accidental death insurance
- Free notary service/no fee for cashiers checks
- Earns a variable rate of interest by maintaining a $1,000.00 monthly
balance
- $5.00 monthly fee
UCB NOW ACCOUNT CHECKING
- Unlimited check writing
- Earns a variable rate of interest on accounts maintaining a balance of
$1,000.00. This will be tier-structured. On accounts maintaining a
$2,500.00 balance, a higher rate of interest will be earned.
- $6.00 service charge if balance falls below required balance of
$1,000.00 (no interest will be earned during this time).
UCB MONEY MARKET CHECKING
- Withdrawals are limited to 3 checks and 3 pre-authorized transfers
monthly.
- Maintain a $1,000.00 minimum balance to avoid a monthly service charge
of $6.00 and draw a Now Account rate of interest.
- Earns a variable rate of interest if a $2,500.00 monthly balance
is maintained. Interest rates are tier-structured and the interest
rate is increased at $10,000, $25,000, $50,000, $75,000 and
$100,000.
- A charge of $5.00 per item over the withdrawal limit.
